God I love my new job. LOVE EEEET!!!!!
So this meeting is hosted by one of our team members wife who is a real estate person on SL.
Here is the book she's written.

I'm pretty psyched. Half cause I think it's 2 hours of not working, and half cause a real estate person's take on the socio-cultural and economics of SL will probably be drastically different from what I see them as.

I think on a whole we all get caught up in our own little social worlds on here. It's like when you are in highschool, you know everyone's business. Your highschool is your universe and then when you step out and realize your "a-list" people are freaking nobody losers to the people going to the highschool in the next county, it's like kinda a mind fuck. You never really think about how small your world is and it's humbling. Big fish/small pond, big pond/small fish kinda thing.

I prefer small fish myself. Anonymity is awesome.
I went to a really small highschool (graduating class 73 people) and I was THE goth kid. We had one, it was me. Everyone k-12 knew my name and my business.
I went to a big urban campus college, and it was much better for me. I liked having to be remembered due to impressions I made on people. Not cause I was the ONLY person in the whole campus with pink hair (yeah I don't remember my thought process, but I bleached the shit out of my hair and went pink that first year), it's cooler to be like "Hey it's that funny pink haired dude who I've spoken to often and has likes and dislikes and isn't solely defined by hair color."

Tonight is the premier of the 48hr Boston Film fest. We get to see our film on a real screen!!! WOOT!

I'm so burnt out today, it's insane.

Remember to buy viewfinder later.

My dad gave me his viewfinder from when he was a little kid, and it had slides from every big national park in the US. It's really old and really cool. When I was little I had a modern one with cartoon slides, and it would shut me up when we went on long car trips.

I have those slides too, TMNT, Ghostbusters, Heathcliff and Ducktales, lotsa goofy. I had a thing for goofy.

Anyways, Viewfinders rock. :3

Peoples, I don't have anything new coming out soon because I've been entertaining myself building stupid things, but I am working on a skirt thing for girls. I have hoodies somewhere in the vile pit that is my inventory, and I started some more treats so I can make a "Open your snackhole" poster.

Chic has been beautifying Koreshan. Go there and check out the pier and the new vendors there (as well as Sin's shop) and in me and Trin's area, there is a new arcade and pretty fake unridable things to tease you.
I made the Tuna Candango yesterday. Chic came up with the kick ass name.

Between GK and Refuge is a photo wall that you can drop your own photos into. There are free huds there too. My coaster cars that are on the track have poses in them for picture taking, but really we don't care what you stick on there. Everyone is hoping for porn.

New Hair: Ghost

Ghost is inspired by a picture I have of Reita from Gazette. I made this hair uuuh dude, in feb? I couldn't get the back right, looked like butt. Then I got a toaster and had to remake all my textures and retexture it, then it looked like "super butt."

Every weekend I played with it, and every weekend I managed to make it look shittier than before. This weekend I deleted 3/4ths of the prims and started over and now? I think it's one of my best hairs ever. :3 SOOOOOOOOO happy with this.

Ghost is textured with more natural colors and tipped colors. because I don't have a huge prim count, I didn't put out every color I have. If you want it in a different color, drop me a notecard. Same goes if you want an older hair in a new texture.

BALE SALE!!!

There is a bake sale in Koreshan this weekend. It's about as ghetto as you'd expect any bakesale to be. Which of course means it's awesome. Trinitee, who is the greatest person to ever live, made worms in dirt.

I made some muffins. You get the tray to carry around, 3 muffins to share, and oven mitts. You can buy muffin singles too. I probably won't be selling this again, maybe. I have no idea.
