WANTED: Art community
Does anyone know a small(ish) art community where you can post pictures and get redlines and critiques?
Kind of like what Yerf used to do a billion years ago when I was on yerf.

Second Life alias: Noam "Danger" Sprocket
Store: Gritty Kitty
Bio: Noam was born in Feb 2006 spontaneously. He spent most of that year being a pain in the ass twat. 2007 proved to be better times, having moved to Koreshan and made some hat everyone and their grandma bought. Then he got really into smack, not the drug but the breakfast cereal, sugar smacks... mmm. Then stuff happened and things where great. Then more stuff happened and it's shitty again. I think cryolife might be karmic retribution for 2006.

Oh, I guess there's deviantART, but they've be swamped with popularity contests, cliques and staff problems it may not be worth it. I know of others, but I don't know where I wrote them down.
Another option that a lot of SLers use is FlickR, but that's not a critique place. You could look for groups on there to join and submit pictures for critique, but it is ultimately a photo sharing space.
Deviant art is not what I'm looking for at all. They are pretty much faildozer.
Flickr isn't a good UI for what I need.
I'll keep looking. If worse comes to worse I'll start drawing furries again.
conceptart.org but...
it's not really small.
I've been looking for one too but I guess it just depends on what kind of art community you are looking at. I'm on DA and I don't like it very much but I get good crits from Manga Revolutin (per my style) or from the local webcomic communities. But I guess I am more of a niche seeking person when it comes to that.
I've been on conceptart.org before and they are awesome... but still not exactly what I am looking for.
I think I might just start going to Dr. Sketchy nights.
http://www.drawingboard.org/ used to be pretty neat—although I haven't really checked it out much lately :(
