New hair. Same permissions- Mod/Copy/Not Transfer.
When I first made this I built it full color, then I made a skunk hawk version and I was like ooo, I dig that too. So I'm letting everyone have the option of which version they would like to get.
This is yet another Jrock inspired hair, but more like a mash up of a couple styles I liked. So sorry, no pictures of androgynous Japanese men to go along with this post.
