Question

I have a bit of a cold, so I'm full of snot and angst.
If a customer says this:
"Way to keep ur customers happy ^^"
In response to me telling them they can't have something... that's basically them saying "fuck you" to me isn't it?

    I'd ban her from Koreshan, but that means she wouldn't be able to participate in the thing she was whining about, and that seems too mean.

    my blog looks TOO much like yours, ive been meaning to revamp it since its nowhere near pretty enough :p
