Cool, the only thing I can tell you about it, is that 6 X 8 is a good size. It's the middle size for most, not too small and not too large. It's what I've been using for like 6 years now O_O (damn I'm old.) When you get it, practice making circles and lines for a while. You'll have to train yourself to work within the surface and to look at the monitor instead of your hand.
Oh and don't give up on it, it's a bitch in the beginning.
I finally found a way to incorporate my tablet into my doll painting. I can take a piture of the doll without pupils and makeup, then use the tablet to play with the image and figure out what color and positioning I want to use. And no I have no work to do so I'm on ur internet postin in ur blog O_O

ReplyDeleteI've had a wacom graphire 1 tablet forever, they're up to graphire 4 now. Someday I'll win the lottery and nab a large intuos.
ReplyDeleteAnd Noam, that's the same advice I give everyone I turn onto tablets. The hand/monitor thing threw me badly at first.
circles and lines are awesome...lol I made my first thing evar with my tablet, it made me happy.
